Openings #1 The Open Games

Italian Game - The Greco-Möller Attack - Test

Test yourself

Thinking for yourself brings success. In this chapter you have the opportunity to solve tasks and problems from the opening phase on your own.

The tasks are presented in a database. Open the first game in the database and play it until the question appears. You can communicate your suggested solution to the programme by entering the corresponding move. If your suggested solution is correct, this will be displayed, and the game will continue. If your suggestion is incorrect, this will also be indicated, but the game will not continue. You can keep trying until you find the right move.

There is no clock in this form of training, so you can take all the time in the world to solve the problem. You also have the option of replaying and analysing the respective position using an engine.

Have fun solving the tasks!
