White has a slight plus here, but it's certainly not the end of the world for Black. 13.Qb3+ Kh8 14.a4 Qd6? This is where Black goes wrong. Qd6, presurring the b4 pawn and preparing Be6, looks logical, but it fails for tactical reasons. 15.Ba3! A powerful move. White is threatening b4-b5, attacking both the c6 knight and the queen. Black's best option here is to retreat with Qd8, but it's not easy to swallow one's pride and go back! Be6? Black goes wrong for the second time, and this is unpardonable. 15...Qd8 16.Nc4 Be6 17.Qb1 16.b5 Qd7 16...Bxb3 17.Bxd6+- Black has too many pieces hanging. 17.bxc6 Nxc6 18.Qb5+- White ends up winning material.
